In 2002, following the induction of CA Jagdish Narain Gupta, the firm transitioned into a partnership and was renamed J N Gupta & Co, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey. As the firm expanded its capabilities, client base, and professional reach, it was converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in 2022, in alignment with its long-term vision for structured growth and governance.
